Christopher has become much more than a realtor and property manager for me. He is honestly a great friend who is passionate about his work and the satisfaction of his clients. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for his proactive work ethic and ability to get the job done properly and quickly. Christopher is a great broker. I used him to purchase my first investment, residential property in LA and the process was super smooth and easy. Christopher helped all along the way. Once we closed on the purchase, Christopher helped me market the property as a rental during the holidays, a very difficult time to find a tenant. Christopher kept in touch throughout the process; showed the unit; gave me feedback from prospective tenants; guided me on pricing; and ultimately found an excellent tenant. While I am an attorney and own other rental properties, Christopher handled the leasing and documentation process. He is extremely responsive; kept me updated throughout the process; and knows his real estate. I felt he did his best for me and always had my best interests at heart. Highly recommended. I come from a family of realtors and was unsure on who to hire to help me sale my home. I hired a friend instead because I learned that you dont mix family and business and my friend showed me, he was educated with real estate but I also knew I did not live in the area he usually works. I put my house on the market for what I knew was a high asking price and was there for a couple months. I had a few offers but nothing that I was willing to except. So, my friend went above and beyond and advising me to talk to a friend of his the specializes in the area I live in, The Great South Bay! I was hesitant at the idea of keeping my house on the market because I was getting a lot of low ball offers but my friend strongly recommended, I talked to Christopher. I finally did and I have to say it was the best decision I made. Working with Christopher made the whole process of selling my home painless, super easy and he kept me super excited throughout the process. The only thing I worried about was how am I going to find a place to live fast enough. Christopher knows real estate like the back of his hand and it is easy to see it was not his first rodeo. Christopher is the Professional real estate agent that you want on your team and is hard to say, I better real estate agent then any of my family members or any one I know. At the end of the day business is business and this guy went to bat for me and got what I wanted for my house. My wife and I were amazed of how he made everything worked out. He came over and advised me what I needed change as far as upgrades and how to price my home to get the most money for my home and he was confident that he can get what I wanted. He has a Very positive attitude and friendly guy. The paper work was easy. He did open houses for 3 weekends in a row and my house was sold for a record setting price for sq ft in El Camino Village. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, Christopher! You put a lot of money in my pocket and was able to get the home I wanted for my family out of state.
