Piper helped us purchase our first home! She was super accommodating and walked us through each step. After visiting several promising listings, we landed on a house that we just had to have. Unfortunately, as we got further into the process we began to run into some roadblocks with the seller and loan provider. Piper was great about guiding us through it all. Using her vast experience and connections within the industry, she made what could have been a rough situation much smoother. Were very happy with our home and are planing to stay for a long time. But if we ever decide to move, Piper will be our first call!

Piper handled our off-market commercial condo transaction with ease. She represented us as the investors as well as the sellers, communicating with all parties involved including attorneys with transparency and professionalism. She turned what could have been a tough deal to strike into a win for everyone, and continues to follow up with us to make sure we have everything we need for our investment property knowing that the transaction doesn't stop on closing day. Piper came with all the credentials, reviews of 5 stars and a pleasant woman. We gave her a 4.7 million dollar home to sell last August 2022. The first thing she did, which should have been our first clue, was to bring her boyfriend into our home and take photos with his cell phone camera to publicize and market our Manhattan Beach ,sand section home. She was called out for that and corrected it. But we lost time. Then she showed up at our open house with a football outfit as she was going to an after party later. That wasnt horrible, but certainly questionable. Then she took off on a 3 week vacation. We never bothered her once. That wasnt even that big of a deal but the market was crashing. Everyone deserves a vacation, especially now that we realized she was going around the country lecturing about crypto currency. We lost more time .When she came back, we went on a 2 week vacation and she rarely left us alone in the middle of the ocean. We reduced the price after realizing we had it too high. She never disagreed with the original price. Then the war began. She brought a stager in with movers who tore our home apart. Antique items and Tiffany lamps were haphazardly piled in our garage to the point we had no idea where any of our belongings were. She did this without us overseeing any of it. We came home to no lights , our precious antiques strewn all over the garage, tvs removed, exercise equipment gone, closets stuffed with boxes and bags of linens..need I go on? Never in our wildest dreams could we imagine that anyone could have botched a job like this. The house was staged with junk. My husband and I are not young. My husband, in fact, was and is quite ill and I work full time. She knew all this. We did not know where any of our belongings were and no way to find out. Some items were removed into storage(we did not know ) and the rest piled up like broken toys in our garage..damaged, broken and exposed , dishes piled, collectibles lay strewn on top of each other not even boxed up , to the rafters. There is not enough room to tell the rest of this story but Piper has moved on without selling our home. We parted ways and she went dark, refusing our questions, cutting off our emails. All we wanted to know was where our things were. For months we have been looking for items we used daily and everyday we realize how we were treated. These people went into our closets, used our things to stage with their horrid pieces of furniture that was falling apart. We still cant find our security cameras and personal items that we used daily are still missing. This is too long and very upsetting. Readers, you get the picture. 6 months later, we are still reeling.
