Aesthetics on Highland - Medical Spa - Manhattan Beach

I found the owner of this business knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. Roxanne provided me with education, alternatives, and information about treatments and products on the market. She also prepared me for my visit so that my consultation and paperwork would be completed before I set foot in the office. Roxanne is a pioneer in the medical spa industry and and her approach to treatments seems a bit more customized compared to all other medspas in the area. Their in-house RN, Adriana, has great bedside manner and was pleasant to have a consultation with. I highly recommend this professional and warm business.

Unfortunately I have had to stop going to this clinic because of negligence. The owner scheduled me for a procedure that couldn't be done after filler and the nurse didn't check the chart. She went directly over the place where they just layed filler 6 days before and caused damage to my skin and released the filler to the dermal layer causing bumps and discoloration. When I was late to the apt to figure out how Roxanne was going to fix it she informed me there was nothing she could do about the discoloration. I still have filler to dissolve that I will have to find another clinic to go to for it and am taking legal action. If you know to double check the owner and the nurse you should be ok here but if you want quality care do not go here.Roxanne herself has wrongfully rushed in and drawn blood on me for a procedure that wasn't even being done. I don't know what has been going on but it doesn't feel like an issue of just organization. I feel like the problem should have been rectified by now but unfortunately she has has scheduling issues and has not made it a priority. I had filler done Feb 1 and and touched up a week later...... then the error was made less than a week after that. This issue has not been fixed after over 2 months. This is why I have updated my review.
