Ive been hiring Boyds for 25+ years and the service has been impeccable. Dennis was Mary Lous best driver and then he bought the business from her when she retired. Put it this way, Dennis simply perpetuated Mary Lous business by following her steadfast commitment to providing excellent customer service. Enough said. Btw, re: the one star review from the guy who was passed by an angry guy driving a car with BOYDXX on the plate.... I must ask anyone reading these reviews: Ever become angry at another driver? Hmmmm....?

I cused at in traffic by one of these limo drivers with plates that read Boyd XX. Dude looked like he was on coke or meth.

I am your typical suburban dad, not a celebrity or famous person. i have no entourage, I wear shoes I bought at Costco....the sunglasses I wear I bought at the fair.Ok, so you get the point. I wanted to surprise my wife and kids with a limo ride to their upcoming girls cruise. I emailed Dennis, he was friendly, had no problem with my special requests, and quoted me a great rate.He was on time to drop them off at the ship, and right there at pick up. Many of the other places I contacted quoted crazy rates, or really had no interest in a pick up at grandma's house, drop at the cruise ship, and then drop off at the airport. Many did not even respond.Dennis was awesome. If you are an A-lister, I am sure he can hook you up. If you are an F-lister, like me, he is there for you also.Thanks Dennis!

Used Boyd's for our 6 guy trip to the Rose Bowl. Dennis promptly replied to my inquiry about a limo and was easy to deal with setting it all up.  Chris was a great driver!  First and for most he was right on time, even a bit early.  He got us in and out which, with all the closed roads ,was no easy task.  He was very professional and friendly.  And had a good sense of humor putting up with our crew.I would highly recommend these guys!

My family came out from Pennsylvania and I needed an airport pickup as well as several days of sightseeing. My friend had used Boyds so I thought I would give them a try. I was beyond thrilled. The owner Dennis was extremely helpful and very patient as I kept changing the times around. He was very professional and kind. Jerome was our Driver and couldn't have been more fun and very knowledgeable about the sites of LA. The Limo was beautiful and very clean. They were on time and always efficient. Dennis the owner really personalizes his service and makes you feel very well taken care of. So glad I found Boyds!!!!
