We have been with Farmers Insurance Company for about 12 years now. Cy Salvador has been our agent and is the main reason why we stay with them. Cy tirelessly works with us to meet our needs and looks for ways/options on how we can save money. He is very quick to respond to our inquiries and is very honest and professional. He is truly an asset to the company.

Rick and Cy have handled most of my insurance -- home, autos, umbrella, second home -- for decades now.  They're super responsive and often proactive and creative about ways to save me money and/or lower our premiums.  Terrific customer service all around.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this office. I worked with Cy Salvador for both my automotive and renter's insurance policies.  The amount of guidance and patience put into the effort was/is priceless.  Options and explanations.  No matter how many 4:59p calls or emails, same tone same strength of assistance.  If you need coverage and want to be sure the agents are trustworthy and kind, you cannot go wrong here.  On any given day.

Fantastic customer service!  Cyril and Rick are always going above and beyond to help me with my insurance needs.  Always helping me save money where they can which is rare with my previous experiences with other agents and insurance suppliers.
