I love the selection of plants that this shop has! Even though it's a small store they always have exactly what I want and more. The store owner is also very nice, helpful, and informative!

Worst customer service ever! After months of trying to deal with this company we just got an email that they cannot do our wedding. Sad because Im from Belgium and wanted to have stylish decorations like we do that here. I couldnt find any company that could come close to what I had in mind, until I saw this company. But then they had to be rude and just not care about us at all. Is it because my fianc is black? I dont know. Oh and also both my fianc and I got blocked on Instagram (???) by Cali Bouquet. This is just so unprofessional and childish. All this just because you guys couldnt answer for over months and obviously didnt feel like helping us out..

Great, locally owned business in the heart of North End of Manhattan Beach.  Ordered everything from small bouquets, arrangement, succulents, and centerpieces.  Owner Anastasia is thoughtful, a true artist and professional in all.  We have used them numerous times for clients. Delivery and confirmation always.  Cali Bouquet is excellent

My fianc and I wish we could give 0. We went on the website and liked the way it all looked and wanted to book flowers for our big day. Our very first email we asked to book with them and reserve our date and got no response. So we called and the wedding coordinator asked if we had already filled in the google form but of course we didnt because she never sent us anything. Then we filled it in and finally got a quote with some prices and details. There were some things in the quote that we wanted to specify and leave out and also sent pictures to give a really good idea of how we would want it to look. Another couple weeks go by with no response so I sent her a reminder (no response) and then another reminder with my contact details asking to set up a time to speak over the phone. Still no response so my fianc sends a Facebook message to the company which was read and received no response still! So I call AGAIN and she says she will respond to the email because she was busy and couldnt talk at the moment so I asked her to just respond to my email. 1 more week goes by with nothing and so I call again and her explanation is that its valentines week so they were busy. I even wanted the contact information of the manager and she asked why and that I could just tell her. Ive never had such horrible service in my life. The whole time the woman barely sounded like she cared at all and was just checking my emails as we were on the phone. I feel bad for the owner of the company that their image is messed up because of one employee.
