The poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped off Wednesday & was told it would be ready on Friday. I left work to pick up & was told come back after 5. At no time at drop off was I told to pick up after 5! When I asked for a ticket Sol told me you dont need one. Blamed me for not saying I needed it earlier!!! A lot of eye rolling & rude responses from the staff. They finally gave me part of my order & now I have to come back to this ridiculous business yet again. I will be speaking to the owner on Monday. He needs to teach his staff how to speak with clients. Not so much as a Im sorry for the confusion . Lets see if the owner will even speak with me. None of them would work for me!

Do not waste your money, and/or bring anything to this place. They are pathetic. Ruined my $500 comforter.
