Very unhappy I had my own skin care routine with another place. They use the create an urgency way of selling their product. no refunds. Sales are final. Im out 2500 dollars. The next day I tried to return my unopened products and they refused to accept them back and leave them outside so that Ill have to pay also I felt pressured because they had my license and my credit card and I wanted them back. Purchased a product in May of 2022 and was told it would help reduce lines under my eyes if I used it 1x a week for a year. After 12 wks the lines became more prominent so I stopped using it for several wks and luckily the elasticity in my face naturally corrected the issue. I attempted to return this several hundred dollar stem cell serum and they pointed to a 7 day max return policy. Now how can you have a 7 day policy on something they say to give it a real chance. The sales people also lied to me and told me I could completely return it if the experience was not acceptable. This place is a snake oil sale. If its an issue if not being able to resell (which I agree) a used product then manufacturer smaller less expensive sizes for testing.
