        Ordered a bike online that should have arrived assembled, but it arrived unassembled on Thursday and I was hoping to pick it up on Saturday. Randall and his team went above and beyond to assemble it for me to pick up on time even though they were backed up on builds. Thanks, South Bay Cycle!

        Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Im a beginner so it was incredibly helpful to learn more about the bike I was interested in and discuss what I hope to achieve. There was never any pressure to buy, which I really appreciate. At the same time, it was important to know what gear I should be considering and when I might need it. Ended up picking up a couple items but so much more helpful to have done it in person vs online.

        Cris was awesome. I brought in a wreck and left with a gem. He took time to explain all the different parts I could get. Before I left let me know how much air pressure he put into my tires so I could adjust if I wanted to. All around a great experience.
