        The carbs in bagels are a rare treat for me. I ordered a bagel toasted dark. I was very specific when I ordered. What I got was a barely toasted bagel. I don't recommend this place.

        Horrible staff and service with no customer service training. They forgot to put cheese on a bagel and dared to charge $2.60 when asked for it.. Stay away!!!

        If you like eating in a completely filthy environment then by all means come here. Either the management or the owners don't care about keeping the place tidy and the employees just stand around in the back talking or sit at the tables eating their lunch. The food is also extremely mid. I think they use old baguettes for the sandwiches because they are not warm and have no crunch.

      Manhattan Bread & Bagel opened in 1993 by Michael Keegan and Lynn Olson. The bakery has served over 5 million customers as we near our 3rd decade of existence. Michael still oversees all production and customer relations. The bakery has retained many of its original personnel with many having over 20 years at the bakery. The bakery is very involved in the community. It works with all the local schools and charitable organizations. We hope to remain the “go to” for bagels, breads and sandwiches for decades to come. Please stop in for a nosh.

      We apologize for your experience. We are starting with a new janitorial company today actually. Our 6 person staff on the counter served 372 customers since opening at 5am this morning. ALL of our bread, bagels and pastries are made fresh
