        Threatened to tow away my car as they allow only 1 car per room, which I wasnt informed, neither their hotel policy on Booking stated this. Avoid the place.

        This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are remodeled and are very clean. The majority of the staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Keep in mind that they do not make the bed or change the sheets on a daily basis only towel changes and trash removal. Other than that it was a great experience and much better than all the other hotels nearby. The rental places for outdoor activities are not even a 2 minute walk from the hotel which is great. If you are looking for a family friendly hotel on your next stay this is the place to book.

      Hi there, we understand that you’re upset with our “one vehicle per room” policy. This information is included on our Booking.com listing in the policies section, as well as in two locations on our confirmation email. We have this information in multiple locations so that there are no surprises. This is a common policy at various hotels in Mammoth Lakes, especially during the winter months. Ultimately, it is the guest’s responsibility to read the policies provided by the hotel when booking their reservation. We are always happy to provide resources on where guests can park their additional vehicles.
