Outstanding attention to detail! I began working with Donna when I reached out to a moms group about looking for a home lease. Donna asked to meet in person so she could fully understand my needs and know exactly what I was looking for. I wasnt necessarily looking to purchase. Donna is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She values time, and my time was never wasted in what I was shown. I found the home, it was smooth sailing all the way. Put a cape on her! Seriously, this individual is SuperRealtor! This is my second outing with Donna. The first time she found a tenant willing to pay $2,400 over the previous tenant, then sold the same house (a little over a year later) for $500,000 over what was expected as the house had some deficits that be impossible to not see or remedy. Donna was adept in contending with additional issues by the fact that the buyer was doing this transaction remotely from Europe. Nothing seemingly rocked her. She is a force of nature armed with knowledge, experience, and a GREAT sense of humour.
