Shen is amazing. From the fist visit, when we were interviewing him, to the finish line, Shen was the consummate professional. Shen is simply the best there is. He helped us through every step of selling our house and buying a new one, with many unanticipated bumps along the way (buyers who couldn't perform, houses revealed to be falling apart). His knowledge, his judgement, his marketing and negotiating skills are second to none, but finally it is his generosity of spirit, his patience, kindness, passion, and wisdom that make him truly unique. Add to that his great team and his deep bench of inspectors, contractors, and tradespeople -- all of whom are topnotch -- and it's easy to see why he's the best. I could not possibly recommend him any higher, and would not possibly consider selling or buying another house without him.

I am not happy with the experience I had with Shen. I made offer for the property he listed. He was seller`s agent and my agent at the same time. We presented offer with a computing buyer. I believe I have been used in this transaction. My offer was used to increase other buyer`s offer. He did not act fair to me as my agent. I have been rushed to place the other offer while other party was given chance to wait and see my offer. That is not fair.
