        Dr. Scott Bateman has been my husband's and my doctor (with some exception due to changes in insurance) since 1998. He has taken great care of us throughout the years. He has always been very caring, professional, knowledgeable and totally devoted to our well-being. We love him and we will miss him now, when he's retiring, but we wish him all the best during the next chapter of his life. We love the office as a whole. It's an excellent healthcare team and we will remain there, as we know that Dr. Bateman's legacy will be continued.

        Long waits, short visits with the doctor, an overall poor experience every time. Just waited 1 hour for a video consultation to be told it will be another 15 minutes. I suggest you find different doctors

        In my view, either too busy to care or simply not a good Dr. If you have a choice, take it, and go elsewhere.
