Peter Weeger - owner of WB Homes is the BEST builder I have ever had the opportunity to work with. He is meticulous, and dedicated to quality and craftmanship, while staying in budget and on time. This is a TRUE rarity with builders, most of whom seem to try to take advantage of people. Peter also knows how to build a home that is resistant to fires!!! I didn't even know this was possible. When I first met with him, we met at his office which is on his personal property. His personal home (that he built) is incredible, and you can see and feel the quality of the construction. He also has great taste and his design ideas are wonderful, and stand the test of time! The thing that most impressed me, is not the quality or beauty of his home, but the fact that his home is THE ONLY home that remained unharmed during the devastating Woolsey fire. Every other home in his neighborhood was literally burned to the ground. His home was the only one left standing, and that is solely because of the systems that he installed in building his home to be resistant to fires. This is an amazing feat and a welcome addition to any structure in our area. Peter is easy to work with and very straight forward. He is also a 4th generation Los Angeles native, another rarity, and so he totally gets it. He knows the ins and outs of the bureaucracy that it takes to get things done, especially in Malibu. I will always use Peter and WB Homes if I need a builder in the area. He is worth more than 5 stars! Service: Home building
