Dutch Bros Coffee

I ordered a small coffee and sat down. A group of 6 people walked in that were clearly friends with the employees. They all got their drinks while I sat there ignored by staff. I walked up after these people left and they completely forgot about me and my order. They laughed in my face when i was upset. I bet their friends got free drinks and this paying customer got nothing. Don't go here. The generic response I'll receive from you guys isn't good enough either. I want to speak with the owner of this dutch bros immediately! The on shift manager wouldn't give me any other managers information.

I would like to thank every crew member here at this location. When I come for a drink there fast and on point with the drink keep up the good work.
