        Did an amazing job on our home I couldn't have asked for a better inspection experience! Provided a video walkthrough for me because I'm hours away at no extra charge and even gave details on how to fix things and then lastly hooked me up with his subcontractor referrals! Wouldn't recommend anyone else but him! Ten stars!

        Dustin was at our home an hour before the scheduled appointment to get a head start on the inspection before the buyers came. He was thorough and explained very clearly what he was going to do. Was very complimentary on the condition of our home. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would recommend his services to people in need of a home inspection.

        I am GOBSMACKED regarding the diligence, knowledge, thoroughness, value, and integrity of Dustins inspection. I have bought and sold nearly a dozen properties in the past six years and have paid 2-3x for reports that are nowhere near the detail, quality, and DEEP DIVE of his inspections. The report was thorough, with 67 pages of detailed analysis, ratings of every aspect of the house, roof, property. There were accompanying photos (over 200 of them) from close -ups of details, to overhead drone photos of the roof and property, to crawl space drone photos from a mini-ATV that Dustin built specifically for tight spaces. There was no area left unexamined, documented, and photographed. I highly recommend Dustin as an independent worker who works FOR AND WITH his clients. Hes not beholden to any other party (realtors, trades, etc.) and works in your best interest. I am ONLY hiring Dustin for any project moving forward as I am assured to receive all the details on a property: the good, bad, and ugly. I cannot thank him enough.

      About Dustin Wallace Home Inspections I am a second-generation licensed general contractor and certified home inspector with over 25 years of hands-on construction and inspection experience. All reports are typed out with no automated responses. All inspections include the roof, foundation, exterior, and interior. Thermal imaging is standard. Roof and crawl space drone inspections are standard. I also perform roof-only inspections for $250, no matter the size.
