Astha has been instrumental in finding a home for our family. In a very competitive market, she acts with a sense of urgency and prioritizes our needs through the process. She facilitates discussion and gives families the space to come back with decision making. In addition to actively scouting for properties for us, she is always flexible to see properties that we shortlist as well. We have found a gem in Astha who not just extends her services but brings her authentic self to the process. She puts on the hat of a seller and is providing insights that are meaningful for first time buyers. She connects you with her team for financing, contractors etc to provide support in other areas. We have worked with Astha now for 7 years over many transactions. Astha is not just a realtor, she is a advisor, doer and closer. She is not just looking to close transactions but keeping relationships and doing the right things by her customers. For eg. We were hell bent in buying a property, it would have been a quick closure for Astha and immediate commissions. She gently persuaded us out of the purchase. Looking back we know we would have been unhappy and it would have been a bad decision. Over the years Astha has been our go to for finding a handyman, gardener and mover, so the relationship just doesn't end with the property transaction. She also helped us with our out of state move and referrals. Arti and I would highly recommend Astha Mathur.

Astha has been a blessing for my family and I. The most wonderful of souls who puts in all her heart and soul to make things work for her clients as we have seen first hand multiple times over. She has been instrumental in all the buying and selling we have done for our properties in the bay area.Other than working very hard for us (or all friends we know who have used her services) she is very erudite and aware of every aspect of the market. She is also very well connected and resourceful and typically there is nothing for which Astha does not have a solution or a person who can provide a solution for. A 10 star recommendation for Astha.

We were first time home buyers and were really lucky to have connected with Astha. Astha helped us buy our first home in Sunnyvale, CA. She is incredibly quick with her responses, so much so that we always felt like we were her top priority. She is very skilled in what she does and she was always available to patiently answer our endless questions throughout the entire process. She was even available to do multiple visits to the houses we were interested in (and even in cases where we ended up not bidding), sometimes urgently within a few hours of the house being listed on MLS. What I really appreciated was that no question was beyond them - either they knew the answer themselves or they knew someone who knew the answer. She allowed us to proceed at our own pace and never pushed us to make an offer on any house. She had our lenders speak to the sellers which turned out to be crucial in us winning the bid. She also had great suggestions for remodeling and contractor contacts that came in really handy for us. On closing day, we were touched with the most beautiful gifts she surprised us with. We would definitely be buying our next home with her :)
