Still waiting a month later to get in after the initial evaluation due to a scheduling goof up. Tried to call multiple times unfortunately with front desk staff who 'don't have access to crucial reports' to get the process started or ask me to wait for their phone call. Had high hopes for this office....

The nurse had very bad attitude and talk to patients in condescending way. They put unnecessary block and barrier to a simple task and want to bring the patient back multiple times for clear FUD reasons. Avoid at all cost.

Bad bad scheduling - waited for over 45mins to see the doc. for a appointment that was well planned and setup in the last 3 weeks. Not sure why they can't these doc offices get their schedule together. It's shameful and don't expect that level of service from Stanford.

They charge $2000 for sitting in waiting area of emergency room and giving just motrin. No issue with their diagnosis but amount they charge for such trivial thing is pathetic! Breakdown of bill was one 5ml motrin $29 and rest hospital charge. Ridiculous!!
