Avoid this place at all cost! I did my endoscopy and biopsy here under the consultation of Dr. Bassam Saffouri and I was not given access to my results for 3 weeks since the doctor went on a vacation. They operate in an archaic manner and don't have any patient portal where they could upload results and the only way to access my results were through a call to doctor Saffouri's office which is attended by extremely rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate staff who simply cut your calls when asked for my own medical records. Worst experience ever!

Find out the total cost before you go here. For a routine procedure (under 2 hrs spent at the facility total), this facility billed me and my insurance $4700 JUST FOR A FACILITY FEE. That does not include doctor and procedure cost. The staff was good, but their pricing is a rip-off.

Well my visit yesterday morning was great. I checked in one hour before my colonoscopy procedure. The entire staff was very nice. Everything went smoothly. The nurses explained everything to me and how long the procedure would take 30 minutes and then depending on how long recovery takes. I usually go down quickly with just a little anesthesia, but recovery takes me longer. All went well don't have to come back for 10 years.

So sitting in the lobby...checkin it 845 and appointment at 9..my anxiety had me going crazy since I was there at 815 due to commute and I didn't get called in until 945 so I can see why people get mad. Once back there tho everyone treats you like you're the bear patient ever so I'd rather have them take their time when it matters and act as tho they care. Lady up front named Donna was cleaning everything as it got used. Someone complained about a stain ona. Roof tile..Petty..your procedure isn't on the roof nor will you touch it. Leaks happen. Dr. Grief is what mainly got the 5 stars due to him constantly talking to me and walking me through it all. Procedure was quick and easy and all nurses were great. One even brought me coffee after. Thank you

We had a great experience here today.  The reception / intake people were professional and efficient and greeted us with a smile.  She nicely explained the intake process, we filled out a few papers and were seated.  My wife was called back about ten minutes later for her procedure.  She said Dr. Saffouri was very thorough in his explanation as to the procedure and what to expect.  He had a great bedside manner!  He also came to the recovery room to check on everything and to tell us everything went very well...NO medical issues :)After the procedure I was called back by Jeri who was taking care of my wife in recovery.  She too was very thorough and very professional.  She made sure my wife was well taken care of and that I understood what to expect post-op.  Geri also had a very calming voice and demeanor which made my wife feel very comfortable.  Geri made sure we understood what to expect for the rest of the day during the recovery process.  The head nurse Renae also came in to check on things and gave us our instructions for care after we got home.  At no time were any of the patients in recovery left unattended.All in all a great experience by the entire staff at Samaritan Endoscopy.
