Rina B. Shah, MD

Dr. Shah is very caring and makes it seem like she has lots of time for you. I see her for all of my medical needs and have given up my other doctors except for my allergist. Her office is conveniently located on Los Gatos Blvd. now and is very up to date with all the latest technology as Stanford has taken over while still maintaining some of that small office feeling that it had before. The advice nurse is quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Never ever go at this location! I would not recommend anyone get an appointment with Dr. Shah! I got my appointment after 4 months! And I was asked to leave as I was 5 mins late to my appointment! I have never ever in my 20 years in the USA gone through such an inhuman experience. The receptionist definitely needs a lot of training! She said if you have flu like symptoms then we cannot see you! What is a patient to do if they are not feeling well? I dont know if it is Covid or a simple flu! What happened to all the doctors? I thought they are in this profession to serve patients! But it feels like they are in this just for the money! Not once did the receptionist asked for how I was doing, nor did she tell me what my options are. I felt like some discarded person who doesnt deserve any attention. Oh, one you are 5 minutes late, two you have flu like symptoms, so please leave! We dont want you around us! Are these the moral grounds of our new healthcare system? Dr. Shah, I waited 4 months to see you and this is how your staff treated me! I am so sorry that people like this are in healthcare! What happened to patient first?
