Really wish I could give negative stars . I would avoid this place and specifically jan-Bette Boyd. She was supposed to help find us a home and as our agent we trusted her. Big mistake. We were very picky in our process and it seems she just decided to try to get us into whatever. The real problems began during inspections and closing. We asked Jannette advice on inspection companies to use. She assured us she had everything In place from years of experience. What a joke Most of her inspectors were unlicensed free lancers who didnt even come close to doing their jobs. 6 months in things that passed inspection are failing and we are having one issue after another . Not to worry though. She made sure to sign us up with American home shield warranty which is a terrible scam. We found out through legal action on the sellers agent when all the outright fraud was discovered that janette helped to essentially facilitate things just to get her commissions. Avoid at all costs
