Naomi Townsend is an amazing realtor. What we thought was not possible, she made sure it was! From the moment we met her at an open house (we just randomly went to it) she took the time to ask what we wanted and needed, even though we werent looking. We explained our concerns, she got a broker who she works with involved and got us preapproved right there and then. For the next couple of weeks she had appointments set up for us, until we found what we call home now. In every step of the way she was very transparent and always looking out for the best outcome for us, we appreciate her very much for that! She's not just a realtor, shes also a friend, not very many keep in touch after the process is over with, she does, and still stops by brings little things here and there, but more than anything to see how we are doing and that means a lot to us. Amazing is an understatement and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her representing us as first time home buyers. Look forward to working with Naomi for our future real estate needs. Naomi was so incredibly helpful. I am a first time homebuyer and I had so many questions along the way and a handful of specifics that I wanted for my first home. She worked diligently to find exactly what I was looking for. She goes above and beyond because she is fast, quick to respond, professional, and knowledgeable. Naomi is extremely easy to talk to and makes you truly feel like her family. You can tell she loves her job and her positive energy is infectious to be around. If you ever need to buy a house- she is 1000% your girl.
