I went to purchase flowering pots with my elderly mother. There were two workers on staff. One worker would check in then advise if we needed anything he would be in the office. The other worker stood a few feet behind us and just followed us around the entire time. It was really weird. My mom even asked me what he was doing as he was making her feel uncomfortable. When I decided to purchase a turtle for my yard, I turned to him to tell him I would take it. It seemed he didn't speak any English so not sure why he was following us around if it wasn't to help. Did he really think we were going to put a pot in our pocket? I picked out 4 pots and 1 small turtle and spent $338.00 (the Turtle was $119). I almost fell over we are not talking medium or large pots. We are talking small pots. They are hugely overpriced for the pots they have. There was another pot I was going to get but after 30 minutes of standing at the counter and he not being able to come up with a price I told him to keep it. He tried calling the owner many times but said he is not answering. He kept looking through his phone and on the computer on the counter. I said to him there is a round one and this one is a square one but they are the same size lets just agree on a price. He said he could not do that. I told him to keep it, I've already been here for 30 minutes for him to come up with a price. I will not be back. They are WAY overpriced and the customer service was terrible. I went to Lowes a few days later got an additional two pots which were bigger than I got at Joe's and paid 1/2 the price. Too bad they are so expensive. Go to Lowes or Home Depot they have really nice pots at a great price and you won't have a guy following you around making you feel uncomfortable.

The staff is great!! Went to purchase some bulk material for my backyard, they were really accommodating and helpful. They helped me find exactly what I needed.
