        The new manager Nick here is a much needed improvement from the other one. The motel is clean, nice hot water not a lot of outside foot traffic at night either way affordable.. the manager was extremely welcoming and eager to accommodate my early check in. I would recommend this motel as one of the best cheaper options in the area.

        I been coming here quite often to visit family and friends in Los Banos. Im not planning to look for a different hotel as this place is always clean, comfy, and has everything you need in the room. From coffee machine, fridge, microwave, and an always efficient heater/AC unit. Room is always stocked with clean towels and liquid shampoo , body wash you name it. Location is conveniently close to restaurants, stores and gas stations so you dont have to go far from the hotel. Manager and staff is friendly, professional and are very respectful. Highly recommend
