        Catalina helped my son & I open a account her customer service was absolutely great I highly recommend her. It's better with a appointment but well worth it.... But the security gaurd shouldn't be on his phone so much outside due to alot of homeless in close area.

        Worst customer service EVER! The ladies that are supposed to be friendly and welcomenew accounts have a SERIOUS ATTITUDE!!! All of the women including the manager whatever her name is are EXTREMELY RUDE. Wish there was another bank here in town so we wouldnt have to deal with this bank at ALL! THEY NEED TO HAVE A SERIOUS TALK TO BY THE MAIN MANAGEMENT! I have 5 accounts at this bank and was trying to open another account for my daughter. Waited 20 minutes after set appointment and they wouldnt open her account without her social security card unless she had another bank card or credit card because they wouldnt take her university ID. I told them I will go and grab it and be back in 10 minutes and they refused to wait for us, however we waited 20 minutes for them!!! All around service here with the new accounts reps is HORRIBLE! I may just transfer my long standing accounts to another bank after this!
