this one of the few studios ive been where the energy is so good i can actually slip into an immediate meditative state. community ran and therefore community respected. come humble leave peaceful

I've only taken 1 class here so far, but I will definitely be coming back. I've been trying out a bunch of different yoga studios in the area, and this one is probably my favorite. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, didn't make me feel awkward or out of place at all (unlike some other spots in the area that I won't mention...). I was given a little tour of the facility upon arrival, and they told me it's the oldest yoga studio in LA, which is really cool. They have a little library of yogi literature, and free purified water (bring your own bottle!). The class itself was the perfect mix of relaxing and challenging. I took CFY 1. The instructor gave very detailed instructions as well as variations for all levels. She also asked us at the start of class if we wanted to focus on any particular areas that may be more sore or tight, which I appreciated. I felt great after class. Can't wait to be back!

I am glad I found this place and become member there. Each one of the instrecurs has AMAZING yoga practice can not compare with other yoga stedios that i had tried before. Also, the stuff super friendly and helpful. I love this place!! i became member from first day i walked there lol.
