Unplug Meditation

Ive been to a lot of meditation/yoga studios over the years. I truly to love this place. My only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is all the perfume being worn in the studio and all the fragrances being sold in the lobby. It gave us headaches. Hope to be back when there isn't so much perfumed air.

I miss u guys. I joined the location on Melrose many times. Even went on a few dates at your center It was alway full of patrons. The covid caused the close. Come back. The sound and aura bath was my favorite.

Unplug meditation is a lovely welcoming space offering breathwork and meditation where I have been coming regularly for several years now. The staff are so kind & welcoming, & their cinnamon orange tea which is always available in the lobby is delicious. I would highly recommend Unplug as a relaxing & rejuvenating space.

I enjoy coming to Unplug especially on Wednesday's for deep breath work and the sound bath meditation. I have noticed positive shifts in my life. I feel more balanced and energized. I am more present and am less afraid to release what no longer serves me. Thank you Kristina for holding a safe space not only for me but for others as well.

Any condemnation of violence against civilians that does not in the same breath condemn Israeli occupation, colonization, settler violence, indiscriminate airstrikes, apartheid and the murder of Palestinian civilians remains hypocritical. For the past three weeks, a devastating conflict in Palestine has caused immense suffering. It's deeply troubling that the meditation studio I was once part of has chosen to sponsor an event in support of the state involved in this tragic situation, which has seen the loss of innocent lives due to indiscriminate bombing. I can no longer align myself with a business that appears more focused on profit and superficial spirituality, as evidenced by their commercialization of meditation practices. Certificates they offer no longer hold the genuine value I once believed in. I feel it's essential to stand with principles that resonate with humanity.
