Always late to meeting. Work extremely last minute. She promised the wedding dress will be exactly as the original one. The design came out to be completely different, asked her to fix and change design. She charged me 500 extra and I refused to pay the extra. She refused to give me back my deposit or even partial of it. Such a shady business owner. I'm so disappointed that I have to deal with kinda stress 3 months before my wedding. There's no moral at all. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else

After struggling to find the perfect dress and having a horrific experience at another boutique, I found Kara Wedding. Kim was incredibly knowledgeable and professional from the second I called the store. She is a perfectionist and her attention to detail is amazing. From just a few photos, she was able to grasp my vision and made my dream dress come to life. She was communicative throughout the entire process and put my mind at ease. I'm so thankful I found her when I did! If you're going the custom route, this is the place to go!

I LOVE their wedding dresses!! I only had a week to choose my dress and get alteration done and the owner used some kind of magic and made it happen! I still get so many compliments from my guests that my dress was gorgeous on my wedding. She also let me borrow wedding accessories and veil for free and checked everything is okay even the day of my wedding. She genuinely cares about your wedding and is different from other owners in ktown who only wants to sell the dresses. I truly recommend her to everyone who wants to find the right dress! :)

I was incredibly nervous about ordering a dress online, but in the time of COVID I didn't have a lot of choice. Originally for my small art deco wedding I fell in love with a Berta gown. I saw a replica of this gown on Kara's website that was much more affordable. They worked with me to take my measurements accurately over Zoom, and were very communicative. They tailored the dress just for me, and it came on time, incredibly well made, with quality materials and exquisite hand beading. My guests all thought it was a work of art and I felt it was much better made than other dresses I had tried on. After I got it I ended up purchasing a Spanx bodysuit as the top was semi transparent; Kara wedding was also willing to sew a liner for me and helped me with other alterations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dress. I feel like I ended up with something better than the original Berta I admired!
