It has been such a pleasure working with Big Day Memories to capture our engagement and wedding photos and videos. Helen (photo) and Dennis (video) are a dynamic duo and work so well together to ensure that your Big Day memories are captured perfectly. Engagement photos/videos: they helped us scope out various locations near us and came well prepared with several concepts for the photos/videos based on our vision board. They helped guide us through poses and made us feel comfortablethis helped take out some of the awkwardness beforehand that wedding couples experience when trying to figure out what to do on their wedding day. Wedding photos/videos: They were well prepared and kept us on schedule while meeting all of our photo/video expectations. They also understand that this day is a one in a lifetime kind of thing, so they incorporated time in for us to just take in the moment and enjoy our special day. This is so important especially when there are so many moving parts on that day. The final photos and videos were provided in a timely manner and they work closely with you to ensure that the final product is exactly what you have envisioned. Overall, my partner and I love the photos and videos from the engagement and wedding. It honestly was everything were hoping for and more! They were great to work with and just great people as well. I would highly recommend hiring them as part of your wedding team!

Helen from BigDayMemories did an amazing job. From the very beginning, working with Pascha and Helen made it very easy. Before our photoshoot, Helen contacted me to get an idea about how I proposed to Maggie. She sent us storyboards to get a visual picture. Helen was very professional and easy to work with. At first we were a bit awkward and shy in front of the camera; but Helen just knew what to say or do to help us break out of our shell. I love our pictures. She captured the beauty of the love Maggie and I have for each other. Thank you Helen for doing a wonderful job on our engagement pictures.

Helen was my photographer on my wedding day 12/23/23 along with her videographer, I Absolutely loved Helen!! She's Very Professional, she tells you exactly how to pose, she's very patient and she communicates very well. And when I received my photos I absolutely LOVE Them!!! I love the editing she does. I couldn't have chosen a better photographer for my big day!!! I am sooo sooo happy with Their work!! Highly Recommend!!! Thank You Helen! You're The Best!!

This review is long overdue from our wedding last October, but here goes We searched high and low for a photographer/videographer duo that not only aligned with our aesthetic but also fit within our budget. We must have reached out to a few dozen companies after months of research on the Knot, Wedding Wire, and wandering down all the Instagram rabbit holes, and we are so glad we found the team at Big Day Memories. In was an absolute pleasure working with them from the start. We first met our photographer Helen when we decided to do an engagement shoot and we knew right away she was a great fit. She was perfect at directing us into appropriate poses and truly making us feel at ease in the process. Not to mention, Helen was absolutely fearless climbing on all sorts of podiums and fences and whatever else she could find to get the perfect shots at the perfect angles. She showed us just how committed she was to getting the shot right and we were really impressed! Finally on our big day, Helen and her videographer colleague, Denis showed up right on schedule and ready to rock and roll. Despite the chaos of the day, again they made us feel at ease and followed our set schedule. At various times, they were also there to provide extra calm and comfort when we were getting ready to do first looks and my husband was getting emotional, they made sure to give him tissues and helped him to feel steady leading up to our moment. They also listened when I expressed wanting to skip some solo shots to ensure we started the ceremony on time (Im a stickler for timeliness lol) and were understanding and tried to calm me whenever I started to feel overwhelmed. They knew to slow things down like at those heart filled moments, and when to pick up the pace to make sure we started the ceremony on time and helped the crowd come alive at the reception. Throughout the evening they captured all the best moments on photo and video and we are going to treasure their work always. Special thanks to the team!
