I had a great time waxing ! Greona was amazing and sweet! she had the sweetest spirit ever and talked me through everything ! She made my waxing experience amazing and it was a quick in and out!! 100000/10 absolutely love her!!!

I booked an appointment for 9am. Upon getting there (so difficult to find might I add), the door was locked and no one responded. But I could hear music in there. I called up to 5 times before my appointment and while I was there, no one picked up. I opened the Booksy to see that my appointment was cancelled and they proceeded to charge me? Is this what they do? Make people book, then cancel their appointment so theyll be charged? I had to call other places last minute to get an appointment. This was a waste of time, zero regard for how this might have affected the customer booking.

4 hours before my apt I get a call to tell me to fill in the waiver form, I tell her Im driving and will get to it before my apt, seemed fine as she didnt give me any timeframe to do it by. 1 hour later she cancels my apt. I message her minutes after that to say Ive just got home & happy to get the form over, zero response back. If this form is so important maybe send it with the booking confirmation? Also please be respectful with peoples time, I had planned my day around this apt when booking it yesterday. Best you focus more on improving your communication & lowering your arrogance.

Went to rebook & remembered I didnt leave a review. Greona has really created an oasis of comfort and peace for clients. My wax was fast and I wasnt uncomfortable, the hair has been away for so long Im just now really needing to return! :)
