Thank you to Paul Davis of DTLA. I had a massive water leak on my second story building that penetrated through to my tenants below. Sassoon and his team were very responsive and were at my property to mitigate the water leak within an hour of my call. Cris and Henri were also great. The were the gentlemen that managed my property and took care of it from start to finish. Appreciate their help with the insurance companies as well. Such a big headache but their knowledge in doing this on a daily basis helped maximize my claim. Super happy customer. Hope this doesnt happen again but if it does, I know who to rely on and call.

I'm very glad my insurance sent these folks after the plumbing mishap, and I'll be happy to use them again myself for more projects.
