First of all, the black woman in the shipping office is hateful, she gave me 5 minutes to call and pay or else she would cancel the shipment. I told her that I'm not going to rush it just because she says so that if she wants me to cancel it and so I canceled it. The good thing is that this is the USA and at the same time I grabbed another well-paid load for where I wanted to go. Ridiculous that they give her a simple little position and she thinks she is the owner. They also don't have bathrooms for truckers. I definitely won't go back there. I don't know why these horrible places with unpleasant people exist.
