        Cautious for their waiting time here and miss treatment as discussed already with doctor. Seems like they are too busy to spend quality time to you&your pets

        They said they were capable of dental caps on the phone, so I took off work and drove 6 hours to visit. Turns out they don't, so that was a waste of time and money. I don't need to pay a doctor to tell me my dogs teeth don't need to be pulled, I need an assessment to see if she could benefit from caps. Otherwise they seem like a nice establishment, up to West Hollywood standards.

        The hospital is extremely busy and unfortunately that makes the experience very difficult and unpleasant. Just to refill a prescription be ready to call multiple times , put on hold with a long wait and wait another 24-48 hours to get the refill , they have an app that supposedly you can order a refill and they would tell you to use it but when you try it tells you to call! great doctors but they need more stuff at the front !
