Its hard to find a perfect vet but to me it is this doctor, because he truly cares about the animals and he is so kind and informative. Im so grateful for him, and Im writing this review in hopes that others find him too.

Dr. Steve Smith went above and beyond for our dog who is in an unusual situation. He has a growth that can't be removed with surgery because of a heart issue. Dr. Smith was very helpful and communicative about our options and very flexible with us. He is knowledgeable with a range of issues we have had over the years. It's always stressful to go into the vet. Our dog gets very anxious. Having someone come to us has made things quick and easy and limits the time that our dog stresses. I highly recommend giving him and his vet tech a try. Thank you Doctor!

I was lucky to find Dr. Steve during the pandemic - I have 3 senior cats and getting them to the vet under the best circumstances is a challenge. The pandemic took things to another awful level - lack of vet services and the inability to sit with my cats through the exam, if I could even find a vet - made things impossible. I have found Dr. Steve to be incredibly knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose my cats. He has been right on top of it with every issue, and has given me great solutions. He is also very responsive on email and text with test results and scheduling. He can do blood and urine tests right in my living room, which really saves my cats the drama of going to the vet. He is friendly and professional, and most important to me - really knows what he's doing with cats. I highly recommend him.

Another condescending message from the owner, another update:The RundownHad to cancel my appointment. Owner was very rude and blocked me.Posted my honest review and a screenshot of our text conversation.Owner calls me a "self entitled dirtbag", among other unpleasantries.I get a DM apology from owner, blaming the pandemic, and my deposit reimbursed.When I don't remove my review, the name calling and condescending comments resume along with a DM stating he only apologized to get me to remove my review.Owner has left over 50 comments but deletes them shortly after to avoid getting in trouble for them (see photo), then reported several of my comments for being irrelevant (because he removed the comment I was responding to) which is against Yelp policy and were therefore removed, followed by making fun of me for having them removed and, with great irony, suggesting I'm crazy.Also sends me nasty DMs and then blocks me so I can't report him.I've asked the owner to leave me alone at least 10 times, but he won't. Got 2 more DMs so adding them here, as he very condescendingly requests.This is my experience, and I can only assume he has no bad reviews because he harasses you endlessly until you remove them.While this has been an incredibly frustrating experience, I understand that only hurt people hurt people and wish the owner the best.
