Crossroad is a really good restaurant an normally have great service but today for what ever reason we dealt with a server that seem to not really give us the attention we deserved. Soon as we walked in the Manager David sat us down an we then proceeded to wait 15 min before our waitress showed up after serving another family that walk-in 10min after we did. Camille(waitress) immediately served them then she came to our table. I was very confused cause I seen her when we walked in an was surprised she waited so long to approach us. Idk if its a race thing or she did not want to talk to us but after she did finally come over all she did was go straight to asking what we wanted to order not offering water or anything let she did at the table with the family that she was just at. I will go back but my experience was not the best and if you get her as a waitress and of color good luck. We had a better experience with our new waiter Mathew after Camille left. Love the place great food just need to do better with their servers. Even thou the food is good services is what matter the most.
Vegetarian options: Yes definitely have vegan options.

Food and wine are fine! I am still obsessed with what I ordered a red wine was delicious. I ordered pasta and so good. Recommend that unless youre in mood for Italian restaurant.

I was so excited to eat at Crossroads while in town for work, I brought 5 coworkers with me. One person in our group has a soy allergy and the server told her she came to the wrong place which was off pitting. He also did very little to provide suggestions for her and everything we ordered we had to ask if she could eat it which felt laborious. Service was good otherwise, food came fast and a lot of runners was helpful. Music and ambiance overall was great. We ordered a lot of different food. Overall it was very good, highlights were the corn raviolo, squash blossoms and Bibb salad & Lasagna bolognese was delicious! I ordered the eggplant skirt steak and it is definitely a sharing dish. It was just okay, very unique but not my favorite.

Favorite dining place! Wish they would expand to the Bay Area
Vegetarian options: Well.. it's vegan.. so that means it's definitely vegetarian
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a beautiful outside dining area, totally wheelchair accessible
Dietary restrictions: They also have gluten free options on most things
