        Cody from Motorenn was super helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to cars. I bought my McLaren and had it shipped from LA. Explained every process thoroughly and was able to schedule everything. From having someone check the car to shipping with ease. Super easy process from start to finish. Highly recommend !

        SCAM STAY AWAY!! Purchased a vehicle with expensive extended warranty from the dealership. Car broke down 6 months later. Turns out they charged me for the warranty but due to an error the dealership made, the warranty was never delivered. Austin said he will be texting me to get warranty issue fixed but calls and texts have been ignored. Looking at legal action at this point. STAY AWAY SCAM!!

      We strive to provide excellent customer service throughout the experience both before, during, and after the sale.To be clear, there was a clerical error with the vehicle service contract where it did not execute properly and we are sorry that occurred last year. We did offer a full refund on the product or to apply the paid proceeds towards the service issue (which we would performed at a heavily discounted rate).You chose the second option and had us to perform the service so the car would be ready for your birthday. In the last text exchange with Austin, you expressed that you were happy with the result and would be in touch regarding anything else you wanted to do regarding the warranty or other work and the balance on the warranty refund. That interaction seemed to have ended on a positive note for all parties, but we were expecting a subsequent touchpoint from you. We have not heard back from you on next steps since.We'd love to be able to make sure the experience is positive for everyone. Austin has tried reaching out multiple times to no response. Please feel free to call our main line at 424-363-7410.
