I purchased a fridgedaire from this place early April and didn't get settled into my place to buy groceries until now so I wasn't aware of how the fridge ran. Long story short, I believe they also sold me a broke fridge...It does not get cold at all and things that I had in the freezer turned to mush because they were already frozen before I realized it was never keeping them cold. 1) they barely answer the phone and 2) Claudia and Abraham are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I called on Tuesday and they said they don't even have an appointment until Friday. Its now Friday and Ive had to cook or throw most of my food away because it was either wet and mushy from being frozen, or going bad because the fridge/freezer isnt cold enough. On top of that, they scheduled me to have an appointment at 10am and it is now 6pm and hes finally on his way. Who waits 7 HOURS after an appointment to let someone know theyre coming. On top of all this, Im sure if I never called them, they wouldve never told me when they were on the way. . This really inconvenienced my day - seriously. They gave me the runaround all day saying their maintenance guy, Abraham was in the field and on the way all day and he has still not showed. This is ridiculous and I cant believe the unprofessionalism. Just put your money, time and energy towards a better fridge and professional small businesses.
