Urgent Care - Playa Vista

Wish I could give 0 stars. I saw PA Tawney Freeman for a cold and she prescribed an inhalation steriod that contains lactose. I am DEATHLY allergic to milk. Luckily I read the packaging before taking it because I could have died. Complete negligence on her part because she 100% knew I was allergic to milk, even read my allergy from my chart before prescribing it. Then the real kicker is I couldnt return it to the pharmacy as they dont allow medication returns. This is not ok. Please do better urgent care at playa vista! Educate your PAs

Ive been a Cedars-Sinai patient since 2005 and were currently in 2024 this is the fastest urgent medical attention you can get from all U.C locations Cedars has to offer. Staff are very professional and the Doctors really ask and seem to care for ones well being. I will forever go to this location for myself and all my family until it remains open. My favorite place when really need to get seen!!! Also extremely fancy looking is always a plus

I came in today for my son (2 years old) and myself we arrived at 1:30pm, my wife check us in. We were told a two hour wait. About 3:45pm, I checked with reception on the wait time since I saw a lady that check in after us go ahead of us with her daughter. The lady says, I dont know who youre talking about with an attitude, after I pointed in her direction and described what the lady had on. The lady tried saying that she was here before us, but she wasnt, she checked in about 5 people after us. The fact that Im seeing people pass ahead of me who checked in after is poor customer service and shows that they play favorites by racially discriminating. I saw another reception lady working, and she was kind enough to help us, she checked my sons info and the check-in reason was only a fever and cough. He hasnt been eating, high fever, cough, trouble breathing, his heart racing, vomiting and not sleeping. Mind you, hes two, he should have definitely been prioritized based on his symptoms and condition. My symptoms include high fever, chills, sweating, no stop coughing and sharp chest pains, extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, and my heart has been racing. We were told 6 people ahead after waiting two hours and 30 minutes, but after the lady corrected my sons chart and myself, she said there is now about 3 ahead of us.
