As a 2018 alum, I can wholeheartedly say that my time here was nothing short of exceptional. USC Gould equips you with the legal knowledge, skills, and network to thrive in the professional world. The faculty's commitment to its students was exceptional and they were genuinely invested in our success. The small class sizes allowed for opportunities to have personal interactions with your peers and make meaningful lasting connections. USC Gould's location in Los Angeles also provides unique opportunities. The school's strong ties to the LA legal community opens doors to internships, clerkships, and networking events that were instrumental in shaping my legal career. Whether its working at top law firms, public interest organizations, or in-house corporate legal departments, USC Gould's network is invaluable and second to none in Southern California. The school's commitment to diversity and inclusion was evident throughout my time there. USC Gould fosters an inclusive environment where students from diverse backgrounds can collaborate and learn from one another. It's a testament to the school's dedication to producing well-rounded, ethical lawyers who will succeed in the real world. The USC Gould community is tight-knit and supportive. I formed lasting friendships and the alumni network is strong and accessible, and offers ample guidance and opportunities even after graduation. In addition to its academic rigor, USC Gould also emphasized the importance of pragmatic legal training and offers programs such as the business law certificate. Overall, USC Gould School of Law prepared me for the challenges of the legal profession and it's a place where excellence meets opportunity. I am immensely grateful for my time there.
