        Horrible customer service. They never answer their phone and when you actually speak to someone they are rude and wont help. Would think theyd be able to read the writing on the wall and realize the travel agency industry is declining, but apparently they dont care. My spouse had a request for an itinerary change while overseas and they were not only unhelpful but rude and dismissive. Avoid this company at all costs
