        I have used this company to travel many places & have NEVER been disappointed with the service! Timely, budget friendly & knowlegable of all things FUN & educational ! (I like Laura, but all agents are proficient)

        Offended by my experience. Called to make a simple enquiry about travel from Los Angeles - Lagos, Nigeria. 'Patrick' concocted a story that they don't cover international travel, (which seems laughable for a travel agency), then it switched to we dont cover travel to Nigeria because of the fraud, then it switched to we can only do business with people who are known to the agency. All before I'd asked my question. Im not interested in doing business with them and my question was answered politely by the next agency I called. However, Im pretty sure thats an illegal level of discrimination and I certainly only have negative things to say, on the basis of this interaction.
