        I love LOVE LOVE this store! I go here more than Home Depot! I especially love the excellent customer service I receive whenever I enter the store! From walking in, I see familiar faces like LUIS and MARCUS. These two especially know how to treat their customers, as I'm sure all the customer care team does, but those two stand out to me because they've helped me a lot with my needs. I am thankful for a hardware store like this in my area that is very helpful and has everything I need. I would recommend this store over any hardware store in this area!

        I'll give the quick story. I needed a screw for my cpu. Although this is a home improvement store and I needed a random screw for my cpu fan, I went here because it's close. I didn't know the size and I got some help from one of the people at this place. It should be more obvious to people who are better with tools how to get exactly what you want, but not me. They were helpful, I got what I wanted, and it was cheap and easy.
