Unprofessional. No follow through. I rarely ever rate a company poorly or comment. I had so much respect for UCLA and such a desire to work for them until insight global gave me so much run around and essentially lied to me. No amount of money in the world would have me work for them or any company they are associated with. They are all talk. No follow through, no delivery, no honor, and no professionalism. Go with what Kalvin stated before me. The company is a total scam and totally frauds making outbound calls.

Insight global is a scam and fraud. Dont waste your time with this staffing agency. Dealt with Tara and Kelsey whom were both nonresponsive with no follow up or follow through. Recruiters live off of how many outbound calls they can make in a day. If anyone calls you from Insight Global just hang up and dont waste your breathe. Zero stars!!!

Working with Insight Global has been one of the best experiences Ive had. What strikes me about the recruiters, managers and staff is that they really care and seem to want to really invest their time in you. They want to see you prosper, and above all, they care about your safety. Being in the midst of a global pandemic, they really strive to make sure your covered from all angles and that shows company values are really front and center. Being able to communicate with the staff, makes the experience so personal and comfortable. I honestly couldnt ask for a better team. Thank you Jorge and Jessica!
