Robert Half Recruiters & Employment Agency

Many years ago I worked with Robert Half and got a couple of good contracts through them. So when I was contacted by Amanda from the LA office I was confident that we'd be able to work together. I want to stress that Amanda reached out to me here, I did not submit a resume before her email. So I set up a time to speak with her, letting her know that I am currently on a short-term contract and would move things around in my schedule to make sure I had enough time to go over this opportunity she claimed she was working on. She never called. I sent a follow-up email saying sorry we weren't able to connect but I can make time for the next day. No response. Now 2 days out, I sent another email asking her if the job was still open. Nothing. I called and left a message the next day. Straight to voice mail. That was a week ago. I still haven't heard from her. The level of unprofessionalism, the lack of respect for potential consultants, its just stunning. RH used to be respectable, professional and one of the best agencies in the business. They've clearly gone downhill. I expect nothing from them aside from a generic note below this review.

Going back to my time in tech in San Francisco, Robert Half Technology underwhelmed. I never got a single assignment from them and it was TEKsystems that jump-started my tech career in the SF Bay Area. Unfortunately, I experienced more of the same in Los Angeles: every opportunity came from TEKsystems, as well as AppleOne, but nothing from RHT. But I figured Id give them another go recently and this time round, the recruiter never even acknowledged my resume submission two weeks ago. Others may have had more positive experiences with this staffing agency, but mine have been pitiful.

I worked with Catherine and she was awesome! I actually worked for a Managed IT Services company, that also did recruitment, so I had a personal relationship with them. Robert Half beat them on the job, they found me a job faster than the company I used to work for! Very happy with the service I received!

I love Robert Half, your services are actually how i got my first job, and it was at a top notch real estate company, Westfield. I was only in college and making a GREAT salary as an accounting clerk. I am looking to move again and I am so thankful for my current recruiter. She is WONDERFUL. We only began the process this week, and she has provided many leads. Frequent follow ups, I truly am grateful. Quidana is TOP NOTCH!

Robert Half is the best staffing agency there is! They always have the friendliest recruiters and assignment availability. They've always provided me with well paying work and were on my team. My recruiter Kayla was so friendly, helpful and smart. Thanks Kayla and Robert Half team!
