Tiffany, in particular, has been incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond when it comes to checking my insurance details and managing my appointment schedules, including any necessary rescheduling. I recently moved to LA and was looking for a new dentist. Dr. Segal was welcoming and very clear when explaining procedures. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, and they were able to do it in office. I have had poor dental experiences in the past, and the staff went the extra mile to reduce anxiety. Specifically, the head dental hygienist, Aghata, and the office manager Tiffany. They both made sure I was comfortable and helped ease my anxiety. Tiffany specifically rearranged her schedule to come in and make sure I was okay! I have never received such good dental care with the most personalized touch. If you need a dentist this is the place to go
