        I have been a customer for over 10 yrs with the Fountain Valley CA office. My preparer processed my return in an hour visit. He retired and referred me to a new office closer to my home. Let me be clear my preparer was very good but was given incorrect information on entering my account information. Because of changes to HR entry system it took multiple visits & 1 month to process my return. Additionally, the cost to process my return increased by over $100 even with a discount.
