        Because I tried doing my return online and there were some areas that required information that I was not familiar with. I tried getting a response from another agent by way of chat, but I was not able to send my message. I decided that the best way to get this return done was to set up an appointment with one of your agents. She was able to put the proper information in the right areas and complete my return for me.

        They are not well informed. And instead of lookong and trying to find the answer they told theu did not know. They do nit have patience. And it seems that any and every question i asked they would get bothered from me asking. This is the third year in a row that I jave a very annoyed/irritated person helping mw out. And i have been doing my taxes with H&R block since i was 19.
