        Not a good review at all. I was trying to maybe get results with the district manager but all that was a block. One of there tax preparer did my 2019 taxes straight out wrong. And had the audacity to charge me a higher price to prepare the mandatory I never knew he charge me that much for something he did wrong. I'm still waiting for the District Manager to call me back with no problem solving. I've always had upstanding with them. But not going back. I'm still trying to get them to give me my money back for the filing of error on them. NOT HAPPY AT ALLNo star at all, but I had to give one just to show this problem. Not good
