The WORST!!! I spent over $7,500 and the only thing I got was a temporary deferment which I found out I could have done myself for next to nothing. When the deferment was about to expire, my numerous calls, emails and texts went unanswered. This caused my deferment to expire and put me back into a collection status - a complete NIGHTMARE. I was forced to hire another tax firm where paid another several thousand dollars (though way below the $7,500 charged by ECS). The new firm actually got my tax situation resolved. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE. PS I was heavily pressured by ECS to post a favorable review. So read the other reviews with a grain of salt!

Had a frustrating experience with this group. I was deeply in debt due to back taxes from the IRS and accruing penalties, interest, etc. ECG took my account, along with almost $8k in fees and assured me with the info I provided theyd be able to navigate a solution. Colt Davis was my rep and he was a great guy, attentive and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. Once I was passed on to the attorneys Colt was no longer involved. The process took a painfully long time, was never resolved for me and Im still currently paying off the large debt on an IRS payment plan. My ECG attorneys were nice enough, good folks but at the end of the day didnt deliver for me. Simply sharing my experience, out a large fee and still in the same situation I was prior to contacting them.

Worst financial decision we ever made. Paid nearly 7k to ECG upfront, they filed our taxes, and then they disappeared. They sat on our case for 3 years, lying to us about the status (said they were "waiting on our resolution from the IRS" but nothing was being done). In the end, they offered to set us up a payment plan of the new gigantic 3 years of neglect full balance. Which was always an option we had with the IRS without ECG. They tried to said we no longer qualified for what they originally sold us because of our income. Then I showed them that my income was exactly the same as the day they qualified us. Exactly the same. They were just grasping for straws at this point because we had been lied to so many times. Least professional, most dishonest, and least ethical company I've ever worked with.
